Phil Rampy: Philip C. Rampy is the President, owner and broker of record of Olde Town Brokers, Inc., an Orlando real estate brokerage company specializing in residential sales. He is also a principal of CondoHQ Orlando, LLC and CitiSpace Orlando. Mr. Rampy is most noted for his transformation of a threatened Orlando neighborhood into the now blossoming district known as Thornton Park. This area is a flourishing mixed-use neighborhood with various types of residential development and redevelopment along with restaurants, shops, offices and professional services. In Thornton Park and Downtown Orlando, Mr. Rampy, along with his business partner, Craig Ustler, has self-developed over 200 condominium units in various projects with a total of over $90 million. Notable projects include Thornton Park Central, China Glass Warehouse, Eola South, Osceola Brownstones and East on Park.

Under Phil's leadership, Olde Town Brokers has positioned itself as the leader in downtown real estate. The company has over 150 sales associates and total sales volume in 2006 exceeded $180 million.  In addition to the Thornton Park office, Olde Town Brokers has locations in Winter Park, College Park and Sanford. Olde Town Brokers was recently recognized by Orlando Business Journal's 'Reader's Choice Awards' as Orlando's Most Respected Small Company.

In addition to his various real estate holdings, Mr. Rampy is a principal of Urban Life Management Restaurant Group, a downtown based company that owns and operates restaurant and retail properties in the area. These establishments include HUE Restaurant, Central City Market, Citrus Restaurant and Urban Life Management Special Events. Additionally, Urban Life Management Restaurant Group is part-owner of Kres Chophouse & Lounge. Also, Mr. Rampy is a principal of EO Inn & Urban Spa and The Veranda Bed & Breakfast. These unique boutique-style hotels located in Thornton Park provide a quaint hospitality venue for visitors and residents alike. Mr. Rampy is also a principal of Hawkesdene Mountain Retreat. This wonderful Bed & Breakfast is located in Andrews, North Carolina.

After attending Auburn School of Architecture, Mr. Rampy moved to Orlando where he earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a title that he has held for over 13 years. Mr. Rampy founded Olde Town Brokers in 1994 and has built the company from the ground up. He is consistently recognized as one of the top producing real estate agents in Central Florida and Olde Town Brokers is acknowledged as one of the 15 largest real estate companies in the region.

Mr. Rampy serves on several boards throughout the community including the Central Florida YMCA, the Orlando Science Center and the Orlando Modern Art Collection. In 2003, Mr. Rampy's commitment to the revitalization of downtown Orlando led to his appointment to Mayor Buddy Dyer's Downtown Strategic Transition Team. This involvement allowed Mr. Rampy to study noted cities throughout the nation and gain valuable knowledge on urban development and city growth.

His ongoing dedication to the community has led Mr. Rampy to earn recognition from Orlando Magazine as "Orlandoan of the Year" in 2002 and one of the "50 Most Powerful People in Orlando” from 2004-2006. He has also been recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s “Top Ten Businessmen to Watch” in 2004; “Downtowner of the Year” by the Downtown Orlando Partnership in 2002; and Orlando Magazine’s “Real Estates Best – The Hot 100” in 2006 and 2007.
