From North Orlando
Interstate 4 west to downtown Orlando, exit at Anderson Street East. Head east on Anderson towards downtown. Turn left on Rosalind Avenue, heading north. Turn right on Central Boulevard, heading east. Turn left on Summerlin Avenue. CondoHQ is located on the left, at 16 North Summerlin Avenue.

From South Orlando
Interstate 4 east to downtown Orlando, exit at Anderson Street East. Veer right and head east on Anderson towards downtown Orlando. Turn left on Rosalind Avenue, heading north. Turn right on Central Boulevard, heading east. Turn left on Summerlin Avenue. CondoHQ is located on the left, at 16 North Summerlin Avenue.

From East Orlando
State Road 408 (East - West Expressway) west to downtown Orlando. Exit at Mills Avenue and travel west on South Street towards downtown Orlando. Turn right heading north on Summerlin Avenue CondoHQ is located a few blocks north on Summerlin, at 16 North Summerlin Avenue.

From West Orlando
State Road 408 (East - West Expressway) east to downtown Orlando, exit at Orange Avenue (State Road 527) and follow signs north on Orange Avenue to downtown Orlando. Orange Avenue becomes Rosalind Avenue. Turn right on Central Boulevard, heading east. Turn left on Summerlin Avenue. CondoHQ is located on the left, at 16 North Summerlin Avenue.

Parking
The parking garage for CondoHQ and Thornton Park Central is located behind the sales studio. Parking entrances are located at the west side of the building, on North Eola Drive and at the north side of the building on East Washington Street.
