CondoHQ was founded by Phil Rampy and Craig Ustler. Rampy and Ustler are widely recognized as the pioneers of the successful redevelopment of the Thornton Park neighborhood in Downtown Orlando. They have self-developed over 200 condominium units in various projects with a total value of more than $90 million. In particular, Rampy and Ustler built Thornton Park Central, the $31 million mixed-use project that has come to define the city renaissance in Thornton Park. The 56 loft condominiums at Thornton Park Central sold out quickly and represented the leading edge of successful new condominiums and mixed-use developments in Downtown Orlando.
