CondoHQ was founded by Phil Rampy, Craig Ustler and Dana Tew Lichty. Rampy and Ustler are widely recognized as the pioneers of the successful redevelopment of the Thornton Park neighborhood in Downtown Orlando. They have self-developed over 200 condominium units in various projects with a total value of more than $90 million. In particular, Rampy and Ustler built Thornton Park Central, the $31 million mixed-use project that has come to define the city renaissance in Thornton Park. The 56 loft condominiums at Thornton Park Central sold out quickly and represented the leading edge of successful new condominiums and mixed-use developments in Downtown Orlando.         

Lichty is the former Marketing Director for Olde Town Brokers and brings over 10 years of experience in the marketing, sales and promotion of large-scale urban projects. Lichty has marketed many successful projects in Downtown Orlando including Thornton Park Central, 55 West, Eola South, Osceola Brownstones and Park North at Cheney Place.
