Craig Ustler | Phil Rampy | Dana Tew Lichty

Dana Tew Lichty: A natural compliment to Phil Rampy’s creative vision and Craig Ustler’s business acumen, Dana translates ideas into action as CondoHQ’s Vice President of Marketing. Passionate, professional and thorough, Dana is responsible for the overall marketing of CondoHQ and our various projects, along with managing existing client relationships and new business development. She has over 10 years of experience in the marketing, sales and promotion of large-scale urban projects.

After playing a part in the urban revitalization of Austin, Texas, Dana saw promise in another city-her hometown of Orlando. She accepted a position as Property Director of The Waverly on Lake Eola, the city's first high-rise apartment building. After successfully leasing the Waverly's 230 units, Dana joined forces with Rampy and Ustler as Marketing Director of Olde Town Brokers, Inc. In this role, Dana oversaw marketing for the leader in downtown real estate sales.

Dana meshed instantly with Phil and Craig's entrepreneurial spirit and flourished under their guidance. Together they have marketed many successful projects in downtown Orlando including Thornton Park Central, 55 West, Eola South, Osceola Brownstones, and Park North at Cheney Place. Dana is experienced in all aspects of sales and marketing of luxury and high-end real estate development projects.

Always active in the community, Dana is on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Foundation. In addition, she is known for her charitable work and community fundraising. Some of the fundraisers Dana has been a key part of include Downtown Orlando Foundation’s annual O-Ball, Wheels for Kids and the Red Soiree benefiting the Ronald McDonald House. In addition, Dana was recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and was featured in Orlando Leisure’s 2005 Style Setters.

Growing up around the business, real estate comes natural to this third generation Orlandoan. But Dana sees her ultimate goal as something beyond bricks and mortar. "Your neighborhood and city can truly improve your life. I'm excited to see downtown continue to grow in ways I always thought possible. I am even more excited to be an integral part of sharing that growth."
